Welp, here's hoping I have a baby in my arms on April 7th. I got a BFP last Monday night at 8DPO. In order to avoid feeling scared sh!tless, I've kind of been ignoring the fact that I'm even pregnant. I'm ecstatic to be here, of course, especially considering that we were fortunate enough to get our BFP on our first TTC cycle--but I know you all know what I mean.
So, some backstory:  I've had two missed miscarriages--one in November at 9.5 weeks and another in March at 8 weeks. Both babies stopped growing at 6 weeks. The most recent one knocked the wind out of me, and we took a few months off so we could have some testing done. RPL panel and karyotyping on DH and me turned up nothing, save for a possible Protein S deficiency (which causes abnormal clotting) that only presents itself when I'm pregnant. I go in for some bloodwork tomorrow, so we'll know if my Protein S is a problem. If so, it's manageable with Heparin or Lovenox injections.
Right now, on top of my PNV, I'm taking baby aspirin for the possible Protein S deficiency, progesterone suppositories 2x/day (probably just to ease my mind), extra FA, Vitamin B, and Vitamin D. Hoping this cocktail proves successful--or that my bad luck has run out.
I look forward to getting to know you ladies (I think I know most of you already), and I'm grateful to have all of you to share this journey with.
TTCAL ladies, thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
It was a rough road, but Arlo Daniel was born April 1, 2013—and our second rainbow is due October 12, 2014.

Welcome back - I also remember you from when I had two miscarriages last year, and I've been thinking about you.
I spent the whole first tri of this pregnancy in denial. It was a very anxious time. But it passed, and now I'm third tri.
My advice to you is to be gentle with yourself - keep as busy as you can, and don't worry if you don't embrace this pregnancy straight away. The weeks between appts are looong and scary, but they do pass.
Good luck!
