Since 6:00am I've cleaned the kitchen top to bottom, sorted through and organized all the girls' toys (keep, throw, give away, etc), washed all the linens, sorted through the pile of mail/bills, gone through the piles of magazines lying around (there were LOTS throughout the house), and cleaned our mudroom. I am just hoping to keep up the momentum so I can get a few more rooms organized before I pass out this afternoon!
Anyone else nesting this weekend?
DH and I married 8 years. Mom of three, stepmom of one.
Re: Nesting, nesting, nesting!
Yup, woke up at 6:30am with a burst of energy yesterday...started decluttering and super cleaning our bedroom...thankfully dh took note and helped without me asking. Baby will be staying in our room for awhile since I will be nursing and we've done nothing with his/her room.
did not wake up with the same energy today

Me, but not sure if its actually nesting or nerves because my MIL keeps threatening to come over lol.
Yesterday I completely cleaned the kitchen, Mathieu's room, both bathrooms, and our living room top to bottom. Then today I have scrubbed walls (thanks to a toddler who has a wicked arm and a dog that loves to play with a tennis ball), washed baseboards and windows, completely detailed the inside of my DF's car, and installed both carseats.
I'm soo completely exhausted.

I've all but run out of energy this weekend, but I'm still getting myself in the kitchen long enough to make a couple dozen bagels to freeze for breakfasts/snacks when LO is here and I'm starving at 4am.
My freezer is stocked with meals, fruit for smoothies, bread and cookie dough. I'm trying not to wear myself out too much, because labor could start at anytime and then I won't have the stamina I need. DH has been encouraging me to get more rest lately, so I'm taking his advice
