I found this on amazon and thought I would share with you ladies. I ordered mine a couple of days ago and just got it and tested it out today. After a few minutes I found the heartbeat (157 bpm). I thought it would be something fun to do with my kids without spending too much money on one (what can I say I'm cheap

So it is pretty much a doppler?

yes, it is a doppler. They sell the exact same one on fetaldoppler.net only it costs more. I've also seen them on ebay but this is the best price I found. It came with 1 set of headphones and the cord to hook it up the computer so you can record the heartbeat. I bought the gel seperately for like $3.
