They are driving me nuts, they are too small to fold but I want to have them matched up. Do I just keep them in a pile and match them as I go along? Or is there some sort of clip that I can use to hold them together?
I am a FTM, so I don't really know how well these ideas will work, but here is what I was thinking of doing: either using clothes pins to clip them together, or getting an over the door shoe type organizer from BBB and using the smaller pockets to store pairs of socks/same colored socks in each individual pocket.
However, right now, they are all matched, then put in a pile in a small drawer organizer type box.

I'm a FTM, but I just rolled them like I roll our socks regularly. I got a lot of hand me down shoes so I put the socks inside the shoes and put the rest in a little drawer that didn't have a lot in it already.
I'm sticking with boring white socks so that way if I lose one there are tons more ones to match. A few colored socks have been given to us and I'll just match those as we go. But from here on out I'll be sticking with tons of white ones so they can be interchangable.
I have a small bin for them when they get dirty on a shelf next to the laundry basket. When I get ready to wash, I stick them in one of those mesh bags and pair them back up after (one stuffed in the other/ not necessarily folded). So far so good.
Re: STMs How do you organize baby socks?
I fold them together just as I do with our socks.

This
They don't look as "cute" folded, but there not hard to fold.
