We are pregnant after a frozen embryo transfer and just like snowflakes, our baby (as an embryo) was tiny, unique, and frozen... We refer to the 4 remaining embryos as our snowbabies and are looking forward to the day when we are able to give them a chance at life as well.

We call it either sticky (cuz this one's sticking around) or baby.

We were calling him/her by the fruit of the week (raspberry, blueberry). Then we came to Olive and it stuck. Seriously trying to convince DH to use Oliver as a boy's name.
My husband started calling our LO Franklin shortly after my BFP...just because he didn't want to call him/her "it". His family is all saying Franklin or Frank now -- even confused some of his older aunts who thought that we already knew it was a boy and that was going to be his name (it's not). He assured them that we were planning to call the baby Wolverine if it's a boy
hahaha people ask us when they hear us say cletus if that's the baby's name too, lol So I just say yes...Cletus Wolfgang (FN MN), lolol your husbands got the right idea!
We call ours Aiden (don't know if it's a he/she yet!).. we have a Bradyn, Jadyn, Raiden, and Cadyn in our families so we always joke that this one is going to be Aiden! lol
My H calls the baby Malcolm, since that's what we're going to name it if it's a boy. H REALLY wants a boy (he'll be ecstatic either way, obviously, but he's trying to will it to be a boy). I just call it the baby. Luckily we find out the sex in three weeks.

Olive is our girl name of choice I think it's lovely and classic, Oliver was our boy choice now I'm not sure....we're still tossing ideas around
Because of the due date changes, this baby was a blueberry for weeks so it stuck. We also say "him" a lot for some reason. Sometimes when I'm alone I talk aloud and call the baby my "buddy" or "belly buddy" and other silly things.

We call ours "bun" as in "bun in the oven". It has circulated through the family and I get calls and texts checking on Bun.
TTC Since 3/2010 Me-36, Unexplained Infertility, DH-35, all clear Clomid 50mg 12/2011 = BFN Clomid 100mg 1/2012 = BFN, with Cyst IVF #1 Lupron/Menopur/Gonal-f/HCG Trigger ER 4/19/12 = 11 retrieved, 6 fertilized, ET 4/22/12 = 2 transfered (day 3), remaining 3 weren't good enough to freeze Beta 5/3 = BFP, 87 Beta #2 5/7 560.9 Beta #3 5/9 1376.5 First u/s One Baby, 125bpm! Second u/s, 176bmp! Kicked over to the OB by the RE at 8w. Team Green!!
Baby girl J arrived two weeks early! Born into water, med-free. Hooray for Team Pink!
TTC #2 - back to the RE, treatment started 12/2014.
We have been calling he/she Absu, after one of our favorite bands. We have a running joke that he/she will be born and his/her cries will all be ridiculous metal screams. =P
When I was pregnant with DD, we were not sharing names, or lists of names. A busy body in my office would not stop bugging me about it. DH told me I should tell her the name was "Turd Ferguson.". And I did, with a totally straight face to the point she believed me. So we're keeping the same NN this time, but 2.0 for the 2nd version
DH, who really wants a girl, calls baby by the girl name we've chosen. I have absolutely no clue what we're having, so I just call s/he 'baby'. We aren't very creative. Usually once we start feeling baby a bit more we come up with cool nicknames. DS was spazbot because he'd randomly go crazy moving for about 5 min and then I wouldn't feel him for hours. Yeah, he's still like that too
Rae, not sure how it came up, and it's not a name we would ever use, but it's stuck. DS was Cano, as in Robinson Cano from the NY Yankees, I sometimes wish we had kept it as a middle name, oh well.
we've been calling it osito, spanish for little bear
we live out in the woods in nj, and we have bears quite often in our yard...and also with the amount of heartburn i was having the first trimester, and the owt about the hb meaning a hairy baby, i told dh i was going to give birth to a teddy bear.....
however, my nephew has been calling it paisano, italian for cousin...because that's what mario said at the beginning of a super mario game......then again he also thinks we should name the baby pikachu (he's 7 and oh so adorable)
Either it or the baby. I called ds it too and it stuck even after he was born. Oops. So I plan to make an effort to call it he or she after we find out what it is.
We usually just refer to it as baby. Although if anyone asks what the name is we go with "Rock 'n' Roll Wait for It... Lastname". Bonus points to the first person to guess where both the FN and MN come from! (FN = Rock 'n' Roll, MN = Wait for It...)

I love this! My sister was begging me for a nickname to use to refer to the baby, and I might steal this from you!
