I joined WW last week and decided to stick with the weekly weigh-in. (Usually I weigh myself almost daily.) I did my first week weigh-in today and I am down 5.6 pounds! I was so NOT expecting that. I know that next week will likely be less since that's generally how it goes with weight loss, but I am so thrilled. Definetly motivating going into week 2. Thanks for letting me share.

I've never down WW so this might be a dumb questions but... What are you doing differently? Counting points alone? Work outs?
Counting points is key, yes. It helps me be accountable in my food decisions. And on WW fruit and veggies are 0 points which has inspired me to fill up more on them. I did exercise more - went to the gym once, a stroller walk one day and a DVD during nap another day.
