During fall break in October my whole family and many family friends are going to Florida. DH and I will get plenty alone time and friend/family time. I am super excited and actually just bought a bathing suit (thanks to the sale info I saw in a posting!!!)

We already took ours for our anniversary in June. Since we are trying to save as much $$$ for LO as possible, we took a budget-friendly road trip with stops in Atlantic City, NYC, and Niagara Falls Canada. It was a blast!

We took a vacation with his parents in June so I don't know if that really counts as a babymoon or not. We are planning a day trip to see a baseball game but other than that we won't have an official babymoon. DH doesn't get a lot of vacation time and I'm trying to hoard mine as much as possible until baby gets here.
we really want to go to disney....and we didn't go on vaca last year (tried to save money for if treatments....turns out dh's insurance covered it all or at least 99% of it...haven't gotten a bill yet)
we want to go one last time just the 2 of us....and granted it won't be as fast paced as when we usually go, but i'm ok with that....and it'll be a little shorter stay than usual....we still can't really afford it, but we want to go...so...we prob will
just going to double check with the dr tonight to see if i have any flight restrictions (i doubt it) and then to see if we can get the time off....i've been pricing packages all week! we hope to go the 2nd or 3rd week in sept
We arent exactly planning a "babymoon", but our anniversary is in Sept and we always go to the beach for a week in Nov. So we will be taking some vacation time, but not because we are having (another) baby.
Leaving on Saturday for St Maarten! So excited! I look obscene in my swimsuits but luckily we are staying on the French side where a lot of people run around half nude so no need to buy anything new.
We just went on ours! We went to Louisville, KY which was a lot of fun, not far from where we live, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Well worth the get away to spend time with each other without work and life in general.

We haven't planned anything. I know at least I will head to Florida in October/November to see everyone before I can't travel anymore but we're not sure yet if DH will be able to go.
I am thinking of keeping it local to the LA area: no flights, no long road trips. I tried to talk hubby into a Mexico cruise but he is concerned about food poisoning and lack of a real doctor.
I'm thinking either Laguna Beach or Catalina--both are less than an hour of driving but far enough from our routine places that it will feel like vacation. I've also thought of taking the train to San Diego or up to the Central Coast--without a car we won't be tempted to drive home or go somewhere typical.
We are going up to DC/Baltimore in September...bought tickets to a couple of MLB games, but nothing else concrete right now. We're staying at a nice B&B in case I don't feel up for much heavy sightseeing.
I live in the DC area! You are picking a GREAT time to visit... spring/summer are ridiculously busy & crowded (and hot), but fall is really peaceful and pretty here. For the sightseeing, since it is a LOT of walking I recommend getting one of those hop on/hop off double decker bus tours. They're a lot of fun and well worth the $$, especially at that point in a pregnancy. GL & I hope you enjoy it!

We are going to visit my family in CA and his family in FL for two weeks next month, so I had assumed that was our "babymoon". But then last week, I was surprised with a trip to St. Thomas for the last week of September!
In September we are going to CO to spend time with husbands family, but after that (maybe month or two) we are planning on getting a cabin up in the mountains of NC and just relaxing. We just got back from the beach for my brothers wedding and now I just want to be somewhere cool.
Both our trips were planned before we found out, but we are going to Vegas for 4 days and then we are visiting family in Omaha for a week. We will be taking DS on the second trip.
I'm looking forward to getting away! We didn't do it with our first and we wish we had.
We just solidified our plans. My family has a cabin in northern Manitoba. It's on a private island, I've never been because it's over a 20 hour drive (and we already live in MN), but DH goes up twice a year to fish and hunt with my dad. He's been begging me to go since he started going before we got married. I decided it would be now or many years from now because I'm not crazy enough to travel that far with kids. Everyone that's been there has said it's amazing, so I'm really looking forward to some real private time. We have a satellite phone, but cell phones quit working about three hours before you even reach the lake, then it's several miles by boat to reach the island.

Welcome to the world my miracle, we prayed and prayed for you, and we can't believe you're here!
Our 4th anniversary is August 16 so we are going to visit the Great Smoky Mountains and then drive up to PA to visit family (everyone is flying/driving there for a mini-family reunion). While we are driving to PA, we are going to stop along the way and visit other national parks. I always plan our trips so I let DH plan this one. We are also going to CA in Oct to visit family/friends and I'm having my shower there so that's part of the reason we aren't going on a big/fancy babymoon.
Our anniversary is in October so we are planning a 4 day get away to San Antonio. It will actually be our first time away since our 3 year old was born! I'm really looking forward to the time away.

I have been so exhausted that I can't even imagine planning a trip, let alone traveling. i know this exhaustion is suppose to get better, but i just don't feel like it will ever happen. if/when i get some energy we might do a short weekend getaway somewhere, but we don't feel a real need to do so.

We will be going to Europe in October with my family, but I'd like to do a trip with just DH and I at some point too. Maybe a weekend in Santa Barbara or Catalina in November.
We have a long weekend booked for San Diego in about a month. Easy, quick trip for us and we have a lot of friends out there - it's where our corporate office is based. Looking forward to a weekend at the beach away from the AZ heat!
We had already planned our annual week in Cape Cod for the first week in September. I am so excited to go back to the Cape!
I am actually planning a mini-vacation with my Mom, since DH has so little vacation time. My Mom had never been on a cruise so the two of us are taking a short cruise in a couple weeks. I wanted to get this trip in because my Mom lives far away and I know there won't be much opportunity for this kind of thing once the baby comes.

Okay, I said not planning on it, but it's really more of a special snowflake situation. DH and I are not going on a babymoon. My best friend (who is due end of Feb.) and I are both leaving our DS's with our DH's and going on a babymoon together. We both did babymoon with our respective DH the first time around, but this time we both want to get away and pretend we're 'single' again. We plan on doing another trip after our LOs are born so that we can involve alcohol
We're going in August (around week 18 for me). We will be taking a road trip to Maine and staying at some B&Bs as we travel the coast. I hope everyone enjoys their time away! :-)
