New Mommy in Falls Church

Big Smile my baby is 3 weeks and 4 days today. I am a first time mother of 27 and my partner is also a first time dad at 33. I would like a mommy friend around the area for newbie support.

I go to church at MBC and the rest of the time I'm home getting use to being a mom with all my other roles.

    DH and I go to MBC as well and live in Reston.  I'm just now 5w5d though after many IF treatments, so I can't really share in the new mom funness with you yet.  But I did want to say Hi!  MBC has Mom's groups that are a part of their Women's Ministry.  Maybe you could join one of them?  They're for mommies with infants and older.  HTH!

    Have you looked into joining a Mommy group?  Meetup.com has some great groups available. 

    More specifically I would recommend a group called Mamistad.

    The organizer (Cynthia) is amazing!  She puts you in smaller groups based on the age of your little one.  That way you have a group of gals that are experiencing many of the same milestones that you and your little one are.

    Hi! Im going to be a first time mommy in a week if not before hand to a little girl. Im 26 and my husband is 28. I moved to woodbridge in novemeber and have been looking for other new mothers to hang out with. If your interested message me and in a couple weeks once Im settled in we can meet for coffee! Ill be a stay at home mom until Jan when I go back to school :)
