  They were both useless for my LO. Started with Gentlease, then SS after 2 weeks. Her constipation and gas was horrible. She has been on Similac Alimentum for a week and is a totally different baby.

  How did she handle the Alimentum at first? I've read it tastes pretty gross and can be hard for LO to get used to. Was your LO diagnosed with a milk allergy first before switching? Thanks for your help!

  It took 44 cycles, just over 3 years, 6 failed IUI's in MI, and 1 round of IVF at CCRM to get our BFP!

  Started with enfamil for 2 weeks! Was horrible! Switched to SS and seemed to be better for gas and we are still using it 3 months later :-)

  Started on similar because that's what the hospital gives. But my Lo was really fussy and seemed to suffer from colic so I switched to gentlease and it has worked like a charm.  I definately saw a difference.  Good luck!

  I tried the Gentlease after finding out WIC didnt cover the Similac, my LO hated the Enfamil so we had to switch back to SS and hes been on it ever since he was a week and a half old. Hes still gassy but he doesn't have issues passing the gas anymore and spits up less.
