Ok so I know this is probably a weird question.. I was just wondering how much everyone else is drinking, I drink probably 4 bottles of water a day plus other fluids. Sometimes I feel like Im not drinking enough. Just wondering how much you ladies drink in a day..

Re: Water?
I drink about 100 ounces per day spread throughout the day of course. I always have water right by me.
The general rule is 1/2 ounce of water per pound of body weight. I think it's actually more than that if you're athletic, but definitely at least 1/2 ounce per pound. Minimum for health is 8-10 8oz glasses per day though.

I drink water whenever I'm thirsty- which is all the time. I haven't been keeping track of how much it is.

I do pee a lot
I just always have water with me and I hardly drink anything but water. I occasionally have something else, but it's more of a special thing if I'm out to dinner or something.
I usually fill up my cup at breakfast and drink 25oz between breakfast and lunch. Fill up again at lunch and drink 25oz by late afternoon. Fill up again and drink 25oz and fill up again after dinner and drink another 25oz between dinner and bedtime. Of course some days I drink a little less and some days I drink more, but at least 100oz is my daily goal. Need to flush out the system!

*off to chug some water*
On average about or over 100oz and I don't even use the bathroom all that much. I have a bottle glued to my side all day long and keep one on my night table. It helps keep my nausea under control and I have always gotten easily dehydrated, even before becoming pregnant
I should also not I still nurse morning and night, if I don't drink that much water my supply can tank for the day and my little man gets very, very, frustrated
100 oz + a day.
It isn't all that difficult. Like others, I either have a Camelbak or a Nalgene by my side at all times.
Before being pregnant, I drank around 70 oz a day, so upping my water intake kind of came naturally. I have always peed a lot, so it really isn't much different, although, we did have to pull off to the side of the road the other day and find a tree
