Portable bed rails?

We are going to visit the in-laws and Cason will be sleeping in a full sized bed. Have any of you ever used portable bed rails that aren't a pain to install? I saw some blow up bumper type things but the reviews on them seem to stink for the most part. Any suggestions?

We use these when we go to disney and anywhere else. I have 2 sets and use them to make a square around bryce. They do great for us. They have a felt or something on the bottom so they don't move.

I always just use pillows UNDER the sheet and then put the kid on TOP of the sheet. Never had an issue.

Pillow borders or pool noodle under the sheet are good recommendations. Then again, my kid hates sleeping in beds and prefers the floor so what do I know
