After two pregnancies and nursing both of my babies I am finally ready to go back to the world of normal bras and stop wearing this white nursing bra that I have had on for the past 2 1/2 years. I went to JC Penney last week to get fitted and thought that I would have some assistance in trying to find something that fit me properly. The woman that measured me gave me a size that was an entire cup smaller than the bra I was trying on that I was just barely fitting into, so I let her know that and she said "oh ok well just go with that one. it looks fine". Not really the assistance I was looking for, but I decided to buy the bra and see how it works out. After wearing it a few times I do not feel as though I have any support. I am desperate to find a bra that actually fits comfortably and holds me up. Any suggestions on where I could go to do this and hopefully not completely break the bank?
Thanks!

I've gone to Bare Necessities in Lutherville and had a fairly good experience, but they were really out of the way for me.
Having worked at JCP in college, I can tell you that most associates there are not trained to do bra fittings. I had to measure a customer once and had NO IDEA what I was doing. I tried to convince her to come back when some one who know what she was doing would be there, but this woman wasn't having it. At our store, I remember that they would have bra fitting specialist come in on specific weekends.
