NBR: Modified toy

Hmm... not sure if I should be proud or afraid.  ;)

DS got a battery-powered junior quad for his 1st birthday.  It goes about 2 mph, forward only, push button.  He's been using it since he was about 1 and 3-4 months.  Well, it isn't really fast enough for him anymore, and his skill level is beyond driving that little thing (he is 2 and 8 months).  Sooooo...

DH cut out part of the bottom to tighten the turning radius.  Last night, he modified the motor/battery compartment to hold an extra battery... DOUBLING the power of this little ride on.  Haha!  It's really fast, turns much sharper, and the tires actually spin when he takes off.  DS loves it!  I have a feeling that DH and DS will be quite the daring duo!
