No HB. Sac is same size but you could tell the fetal pole is already shrinking. I told him I'm not doing the D&C so he gave me a script for Cytotec (anyone know anything about it?) that I can take once I start bleeding to make it not as heavy.
I told DH that I feel like I knew this was going to happen from the time I got BFP. My heart hurts but from the roller coaster we've been on in less than a month, I feel like I do have peace. Can't guarantee I'll still have that peace once the m/c actually happens though. The dr wants me to text him every few days to give him an update and to come in the day after it happens so they can make sure there is nothing left and we can start TTC again. He was so much nicer today than he was Monday. I guess I'll let this play itself out and then with the next, I'll switch OBs. However, DH and I aren't sure we will be ready anytime soon. DH is thinking next year at the EARLIEST

Re: Had my appointment this morning
Because you can already see a difference in the fetal pole. Idk if I can handle hearing another Dr tell me it's over.
I am so very sorry for your loss.
We're here for you if you need to talk.
I am so sorry you are going through this! M/Cs are hard as I've been there twice as well. If you need anyone to talk to it looks like there are several of us that know what you are going through!
:::HUGS:::
So sorry for your loss. I hope things take their course naturally and you can grieve soon.
We are all here for you!
This! I am so sorry, JMB =(
Big hugs to you. Squeeze your LO extra tight today.
I'm so sorry for your loss.
I had cytotec to start my induction - it ripens your cervix and can cause contractions. I had no adverse reactions.
I'm so sorry JBM. It sucks. A lot.
I'll sum up my cytotec experience, but from what I read there are a range of experiences. I found the Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss board very helpful and a lot of women there have shared their experiences.
I had been bleeding steadily for 2 days before I started Cytotec - I took 600mg vaginally with a second dose 24 hours later. I only had moderate cramping and back pain that was managed with a hot pad and ibuprofen. After the second dose I had a little nausea and diarrhea too. I went for a f/up with my doctor the day after my second dose and I still had a lot clots and tissue. She offered me a choice of another round of Cytotec or a D&C and at that point I chose to have a D&C. I also sent B to daycare during this time even though I was off work. I didn't know that I would be emotionally stable enough to care for him in the way that he deserved. That was what was right for me and my family, but it might not be right for everyone.
Unless your health is at risk don't let anyone pressure you into making a decision you're not comfortable with.
I'm so sorry! Non-creepy hands are reaching out through the internet to give you non-creepy hugs!

BFP #2 5/27/12. EDD 2/1/13. m/c and D&C 6/21/12.
