Hey sweets, sorry you had to work on your off day (and a Saturday at that), BOO!

I've still got nada by the way of updates... ::sigh::

As far as my childhood memory, well, heck that's a toughie. There's hanging out with my BFF way back when. All the trips my dad took my brother and I on during summer vacations. Disney trip in 5th grade that my mom and stepdad took us to. There are also all the fun middle school band trip to Six Flags.

I would have to say visiting with my paternal grandparents was always the highlight of my year. I guess I have to pick that as my fondest as they both passed away this year and all I have now is memories. I will forever be grateful to my dad for making sure we got to spend as much time as possible with G'ma and G'pa. Sweet childhood memories, that's for sure!

Sorry Sarah that you had to word today.

Tomorrow is my follow-up with my RE. Although I got immediate results of the HSG and the nurse called in my numbers, I won't get the official "okay" until tomorrow.

We're looking at moving forward with Clomid next cycle. The problem is is that there are currently so many what-ifs. I know what CD I am on, but no idea if I ovulated as OPKs have never worked for me (even the one time I O'd this year). I cannot go by CM or CP either and I failed on the temping this cycle (although, looking at last cycle, it wouldn't have told me much anyways).

The worst part is I appear to be completely allergic to the Metformin. Hives and rash all up my right leg the last month. When I went off it for a week and a half, the rash started to go away but I rapidly gained weight. I called my family doctor and they told me to take it anyways until I saw the RE. So I've been pretty miserable there.

I also need to find a new family doctor. It's starting to take over a month to get in and see her. And even though she's essentially been my OBGYN for the last 5 years, her nurse refuses to let me come in for anything TTC related. I'm sure I have a few cysts forming (I can feel them during sex), but she said to just wait until the RE and if one ruptured to go to the ER. Same with the rash - I'm not 100% sure it's the Met, but she won't let me come in to get it checked out. Very frustrating.

Childhood memory - I don't have many memories from my childhood. Overall, I do remember enjoying to go to Wisconsin Dells every year with my family on my mom's side. We would just stay at the hotel, which had a water park, for a week. Lots of great memories from that.

Eh, getting called in on a day off isn't new to me...It goes with the territory.

Have you called your RE about the metformin? They shouldn't be telling you to keep taking it if it appears that you're allergic to it...They should be seeing you and figuring things out. I'm sorry your primary's nurse is being a twat.

Update: Just waiting for AF so we can move onto our next medicated cycle. I did a bad job of temping so not sure when I O'd, but guessing I'm 8 or 9 DPO today. I tested this am b/c I am insane, BFN of course. I figured I'd have AF by now since I've been so moody but there's nothing to do but wait.

QOTW: My fondest memories are probably of childhood Christmases. Getting presents was great but the whole season just seemed magical. I guess that's why it's my favorite holiday now!

QOTW: Fondest memory I would have to say there are a lot but most of them include being at my grandmother's house and spending all summer in her pool. She always had baked things waiting for me when I came up and stayed with her and my grandfather.

IUI #1 was a BFN. I had my baseline u/s on Saturday and found out that I have 2 cysts again so I'm on bcp until August Sad I hate PCOS!

3) What is your diagnosis, if you have one? Just had a lap last week and the RE found mild Endo. Other than that, we are unexplained.

4) What treatments have you done? Two rounds of Clomid, one round of Femara, and one IUI. Currently sitting out this cycle while I heal from my lap, but we'll be back at it again next month with Clomid and IUI.

My favorite childhood memories are summer vacations at the lake with our big extended family. And "snack plates" that my mom used to make for us when we had "picnics" on the floor of the living room with a sheet.

Well DH got Dx'ed with varicocele. He has 2 more tests on Wednesday, then we'll make the decision whether or not to have it repaired.

QOTD: We always used to go to Montana for our big summer vacation. It was so gorgeous up there, and I miss it quite a bit.

Not really any updates. We took the month off from meds/TTC before my Lap which is scheduled for the 27th. I'm ready for this to be done so we can get back on it.

QOTW: I remember going to our cabin in CO and spending time with the family. We hiked, went horse back riding, white water rafting...so much fun!

Update: I've been bumped up to 100mg of clomid. Still doing the metformin and trigger shot but adding IUI to the mix this time. This will be my 1st IUI and my 4th round of clomid. Praying this shiz works.

Childhood memory: My childhood memories are filled with hospitals, surgeries, and needles. One awesome thing that came out of it was that I was granted a wish by a foundation similar to the Make-a-Wish Foundation (they called after I had already been granted a wish from this group). I wished to go to Disney World with my family. Best week of my life.

QOTW: Oh man, I have so many. Catching fires flies in our backyard and putting them in mason jars. Fishing at our pond every summer. Playing softball. Shelling peas with my grandpa. Plucking ducks with my grandma. Decking a male friend/trick-or-treater who said my grandma looked stupid (she was dressed as a doctor with blood on her - I was probably 9-10 and he was 11-12 and I still knocked him off his feet). I lived with my grandparents from age 5-18 so I got a lot of old timey, country experiences that I treasure. I'm lucky enough to still have both of them.

Still in the big break of 2012 so no update...

QOTW: When I was six 1/2, I remember having so much fun after the '84 summer Olympics coming up with "floor routines" in my back yard with my BFF from gymnastics to songs from Footloose. I wanted to be the next Mary Lou Retton. (*Yes, I'm old)

But my fav memory is actual from when I was about 15. I had been dropped from my group of friends when I was 12 and had found a new group of friends in the following years. When we were 15 we were all on the swim team together, had a sleep over and took tons of silly pictures. But I remember feeling for the first time since middle school that I truly had found trust and love in friendship. Two of those five girls are still my best friends. And looking at those pictures always brings me back to that night and the security knowing my friends liked me for me.

2) When did you start TTC (month/year)? November 2011

3) What is your diagnosis, if you have one? Endometriosis, Cervical Stenosis, Uterine Polyp (removed 7/9) and borderline PCOS

4) What treatments have you done? I had a laporascopy and hysteroscopy to remove endometriosis, along with a D&C to remove a uterine polyp and some scar tissue last Monday (7/9). My RE also widened my cervix since it was abnormally narrow. Our plan, before surgery, was to start Clomid next cycle. I am assuming that is still the plan, but I won't know for sure until my post-op appointment in 2 weeks or until I call when I start my period whichever happens first.

Favorite Childhood Memory: Summer trips to the beach.

My fondest childhood memory is probably making cookies with my grandma. She always let me mix with my hands, which was the GREATEST thing ever when you're six. I know it's not a specific memory, but it's a special one for me.

Im in the 2ww for IUI #3, supposed to test over the weekend. we also have a 2nd opinion scheduled for Friday. Im tired of feeling like Im battling my REs nurse, and feeling like Im being scolded for wanting to be informed.

Favorite childhood memory? Hard to pick just one. My brother was born on my birthday, so that's probably the best. I also loved the family vacations, before we found out how deceptive my dads family was. Ignorance is bliss sometimes.

Treatment this cycle: Clomid 150mg, Estrace, trigger, TI, and Progesterone after O.

I am happy to report that after having no response to 50mg of Clomid, I had my u/s today and I have one mature follicle on the left (23mm). There was also a small one that was 12mm but that one isn't mature.

I got a trigger shot! I am so excited to ovulate for the first time since January! My lining is still thin so I'll be doing progesterone supp. twice a day starting Thursday. I'm trying not to get too excited.

My fondest childhood memory is making up stories with my sisters. We would act out entire dramas and these would go on for weeks. We had a lot of imagination!

Childhood memory: There isn't one in particular that stands out, but our summer vacations were always fun. I have a lot of great memories from going to Disneyland every summer with my cousins (who I only got to see 1-2x/year) and from camping trips.

At 4dpo in the 2ww. We did Femara and TI this cycle because of a business trip I had... ended up ovulating while I was on the trip so we missed 0-1 but did pretty well other than that.

So, IUI #2 was a BFN. I've known that was coming for days, though, so now I really just want to move on to the next cycle. We had an appt today with the RE and have decided to switch things up this next cycle and try Clomid while we wait on timing/ scheduling a lap.

QOTW: Camping every summer with my dad. We went everywhere you could possibly go in Utah and Colorado and I will always love those memories.

I'm looking forward to less hot flashes, and hopefully my lining will be a little thicker this time around.

QOTW: Any summer of my childhood. I grew up way out in the middle of nowhere, exploring pastures and stomping through creeks and rivers. And I really miss that.

Sorry I've been missing the last 2 weeks or so...it's been a little crazy.

We have our first RE appointment scheduled for 7/26, and I'm so nervous about whatever he's going to tell us. I'm pretty sure I know exactly what to expect since these boards have educated me pretty well, but I guess it's just the uncertainty that's getting to me. I also woke up this morning worrying about how I'm going to tell my boss if I need to be out on short notice for IUIs.

QOTW: My parents would take me to this bed and breakfast at the Jersey Shore for 1-2 weeks each summer. The people who owned the place had 4 kids (who I'm still friends with,) and we had such a great time catching fireflies, coloring, going to the boardwalk amusement park, and hanging out at the beach with our parents.

Hi Ladies,

I am on day 9 post IUI and I am having cramps like AF is about to show and I have tested and BFN. Next cycle I will be doing a lap for endo.

My favorite childhood memories was spending 2 weeks with my grandparents families. We always went swimming in my aunt and uncle's pool, and just enjoyed hanging out with everyone.

I got a BFP on 7/11. This was our 2nd injects cycle, but we did TI rather than IUI this time around due to the cost. I've had 2 betas and the numbers are strong.
