She's actually sleeping

Pretty much all week DD has been up during most of the day with little 5 or 10 min naps & sleeping from early evening to early morning. Well last night she slept from about 6pm to 1:30am. She ate. Then ate again at about 6am, 9am & 1pm. Otherwise she's been mostly sleeping. Which most of that time sleeping has been spent sleeping on me, but hey, I'll take what I can get!

I just can't believe it! I'm thinking maybe she's worn herself out this week or something? I just really hope it doesn't backfire & she end up being awake all night or something. One bad thing is that in about 13 hours she's only had about 11 or 12oz to eat. That's because she's not eating more than 2 or 3oz each feeding. But I figure if she's hungry she'll eat.

I dunno, maybe it's the heat? We have been downstairs since about 6:30am & it's a bit warmer down here then upstairs, where our bedrooms are. It's just sometimes a bit too cold up there so I end up putting a sleeper or an onesie w/ socks on her (when we're up there - not down here!). I was a little worried & checked her temp. Which I checked it under her arm & it said about 97.5. So even if you add a degree or two, she's still ok.

My daughter did that at about 6 weeks, but it was every other day. One day no sleeping, the next day sleep all day. Luckily, it didn't seem to mess up her nighttime sleeping.

Now, she just takes a few catnaps a day pretty much every day.

My little one was sleeping alot about a week ago, but now I can't get him to nap for anything so enjoy in while it lasts. I also remember him going a few days of hardly wanting to eat then a few days later that's all he wanted to do. Now he's back to his normal eating schedule so it probably just had something to do with the 6 week growth spurt.
