Hey Juneish (for the before and afters) mommies! Life, as many of you know, has been quite busy. Just wanted to say hi to everyone and see how everyone is doing! Our little guy is 6 weeks, he's getting so big. I'm half way through my maternity leave and it's making me sad that I'll have to leave him :(. Any of you feeling the same way?

Have any of you gone back to work yet? How was that transition for you and baby?

Everyone still at home, what is your favorite part of the day with your little one?

I love his early morning "nap" (4:30-5:30ish). After I feed him and bring him to my shoulder to burp him, he snuggles into my neck. I let him sleep there for his short nap and soak in every moan, groan, and grunt. Love it! 

Hope everyone is doing well!

    I love the evening when DH comes home and spends time with our toddler I can snuggle with DS.  The day is a little crazy with a 2-year old running around

    I am also not looking forward to leaving DD.  While I do like my job most days and miss the schedule, I am not eager to not be with her every day.  My favorite part of the day is when she lays on my chest and falls asleep.  Also, in the morning around 8ish DD is very alert and likes to stare at me while I sing to her.

    i love my job but i know im going to cry & cry when i have to leave him with the baby sitter.... but luckily shes a friend so im going to make sure she sends me lots of pics & videos during the day!!!  and make sure she gives him lots of love!!! and ill be posting lots of pictures of him all over my desk at work. i love that i dont have to share him with anyone i can cuddle with him all to myself... i love how when i feed him his bottle he grabs onto my hand....and when i talk to him he looks at me like he understands everything i say to him...hes just so sweet.... im going to miss him so much at work im really jealous that my friend will get to play wit him all day & i dont!!!

    My favorite part of the day is bath time. My DS loves the bath! He always smiles at me when I wrap him in the towel to dry him. It's so cute!

    My DD loves the bath also.  However, when we take her out and wrap her in a towel  she screams bloody murder.  What was soothing for a few minutes becomes a screamfest.  I'm thinking maybe she gets cold when we take her out, but I wrap her right away and try to keep her as warm as possible.  Is there anything you do that might help? :)
