I drain the water out of the tub, then take 1 out to dry and leave the other in the tub while I put a diaper on kid 1. Otherwise pee goes everywhere. By "dry" I mean a nanosecond's worth of throwing a towel in his direction. Baths alone are total chaos in my house, but it gets done ;)

  • chaos here and we have two adults ... but the girls are movers and shakers worse than wet dogs I say ... one loves bath one hates it.  I may give it a go tonight a test run ... wife is on a shoot so we shall see-

  • Agree, with the pp'ers.  Get everything ready and set out ahead of time and line the floor with a towel or two.

    Good luck!

  • Could you try bathing them one at a time, but only bathing them every other night? You give one bath a night, but to only one baby.

  • I set up a PnP for the baby not in the tub. She plays there while I quickly bathe the other, then I take out the first bather, dry her, then put her in the PnP and switch.

I do one at a time and put the one not getting the first bath in her crib with toys, bathe one and put on a diaper and put that one in her crib, then bathe the other one.

When my nanny bathes them she puts a big blanket on the floor of their room and uses both the infant bathtubs (we ended up with two) and bathes them side by side with very little water.  It works great.
