  • Pay off all our debt and buy a car. That would take care of the entire amount. Student loans suck!

  • Pay off our student loans, do some home improvements, take a nice vacation and then disperse the rest among our investments and LOs 529.
  • start a medical mary jane crop.

  • Pay off our debt, invest a little, put the rest in savings. Get DH a better car. We officially own his accord, but damn that thing is a POS.

  • I would pay off all debt(10k). Go on a nice vaca. Put down payment on house and then save any left over. That would be awesome.

  • I would throw a small party and book The Roots to play. (think they'd cost more than 100K?)

  • Fun question. I would go on a totally awesome vaction, like take the family to Tahiti or China or both! I would also buy DH a car (he is seriously driving a POS that he thinks is a classic), re-do my kitchen and pay off a (sadly) small part of our home loan.

  • Definitely fix all the minor repairs (adding a door, fixing the bathroom, etc--things that we are too lazy to do) The rest split into savings, college fund, and paying down the mortgage.

  • 1. Pay off credit card and student loans.

    2. Down payment on a new house, plus new furnishings.

    3. A fantastic vacation.

    4. Savings, both for DD and a little for us.

  • I'd pay my student loan off, put our current home on the market, use the money to buy a bigger house in a more desirable area.
  • I could do a lot with that :)  I'd fence our yard and put up a deck with a screen house (and do a couple small house repairs).  DH and I would take an amazing vacation.  The rest would probably go into savings.

  • Wow, it seems like $100,000 would go a long way in some places.

Pay off my student loans & our car.

Use the rest to offset the cost graduate school & living in NYC for 3 years.

And buy a crazy expensive bag. The one I want will never go out of style and costs 4 grand.

  • I would also like to take some of the money and take the family back to Hawaii. We had a wonderful time there and I would love to go back and be able to tip the wonderful staff that took care of us for 2 months like they deserve!

  • Probably put about $15,000 away.  Pay off our debt, including our car (about $30,000) and then put about $20,000 towards DS's college fund and then $30,000 towards a house. Take a vacation with $5,000.

    It would go fast.  :(
