I used a weighted hula hoop for exercise before getting pregnant. I had a c-section 3 months ago. Any tips or advice in getting back into it if you have had the same situation?
I don't hoop but had a c-section. I'm 8 weeks out and am starting to finally feel "normal" I know my incision feels good but a wrong move and the scar pulls (which doesn't feel great) and my stretch marks on my belly are tender. I started doing pelvic tilts to begin, they feel good to do. I'd say just listen to your body and go slow. Hooping should be a great way to begin working those muscles again.
