18 months with puffy eyes

My LO will randomly get puffy under her eyes through out the day. She sleeps plenty, and does not appear to have allergies or anything of that sort. The pedi gave me a bag to catch her urine on monday and bring a sample in to check for too much protein in her urine.

I was wondering if anyone else experienced this?  Thanks!

    We went through that with my oldest, they did some testing but everything came back fine.
