I'm about 18/19 weeks pregnant; and I'm not really showing

I'm in between 18 and 19 pregnant. And I have not yet found out the sex of my baby, but my main concern is I'm not really showing. And every time I think I'm showing it's just gas and then it goes down. What does this mean? Is something wrong. I'm trying not to get too too concerned but for my friends who have gotten pregnant.... At 18-19 weeks. You can definitely tell that they're pregnant...

    I'm 18 weeks and not really showing either.  Anytime I tell someone I'm pregnant they respond, "you don't LOOK pregnant."  I totally understand how you feel.  From what I've read on here, a lot of people don't really "pop" until sometime after 20 weeks.  Sounds like we are both probably going to be like that as well.  Best of luck to you.

    Some women don't show until 22 + weeks. You'll pop at some point!

    are you tall? i'm short and i started showing at like 14 weeks. Doc said that's because I'm short waisted and baby has nowhere to go but out. My cousin is tall and is still not showing - even at 26 weeks. She's got a long lanky torso.

    Plus, everyone is totally different. You'll show eventually. And you will probably appreciate not having to buy maternity clothing right now. Save up because it's expensive!

    I'm at the point now where people are finally noticing that I'm pregnant. And I'll be seven months on Monday. Every person is different. You'll start showing eventually. Promise! :)

    I'm 17 weeks AND I'm short, and I'm not really showing, either. It just looks like I put on a few pounds and my boobs are huge! Hopefully it will pop soon, for us both :)

    Each person is different as far as when they start showing.  Also it depends on whether it is your first child or not.  The first usually takes longer to start showing.  You are fine. GL

    I just started showing late 19/early 20. My husband says it's obvious now but lots of people are still surprised.

    I've been wondering why no one told me I might not show asap. I'm almost 22 weeks and just today is it starting to look real. I could tell when I was naked and certain outfits but some I just looked like I had lost my waist lol

    I barely showed at all until about 30 weeks with my ds. I got asked out once at the supermarket and I looked at the guy and was like Really? You cant tell that I'm SEVEN months pregnant?!

    As PP stated: Everyone is different. :)

    I knew a woman who was extremely slender and I guess you could call her tall... She went her entire pregnancy and appeared to have only gained 5 pounds. She never had a visible baby bump and never changed her wardrobe.... she popped out an 8.5 pound baby boy....twice! If you didn't know that she was pregnant you would never have known ever!

    I was really thin before pregnancy, so I think it'll take longer to show. I think it's a good thing. Nothing to worry about :)

    I personally didn't show until 20 weeks, and now that I'm coming up on almost 22, it seems I am bigger everyday! :)

    I'm 24 weeks pregnant and keep getting the "you don't even look pregnant" remarks.  I realize that this is probably a compliment however when the same people keep saying it everytime they see me it gets kinda irritating. Sometimes I think is something wrong?  I had someone say to me "are you sure you're pregnant?"  Ummmmm yeah I'm pretty sure.  My doctor said if you have good/strong stomach muscles it will take longer to show....makes sense.  Feels good to vent to others going through the same thing!
