Looks like there are quite many new people on this board. YAY! It would be benefitial if everybody (old and new members) gives a short intro for itself.
How old, how many kids, how old they are. If you want to share something more, please do!

OMG, newbee's sporting bronze!! And can our kids please stop growing up, it's happening too fast.
Okay, hi, I'm GT, I'm addicted to coffee for 23 years - wait, this isn't Coffeeholics Anonymous is it? I prefer GT (or gimmietimmies, if you feel like typing), because IRL I go by so many nicknames. I am 38, 5 kids, ages 15, 10, 6, 4 and 20 months.
I can't think of anything else with only having consumed one cuppa joe today. I like GTKY polls and cute things kids say if anyone wants to entertain us. Oh, and I am a smart a$$ IRL too. But I'm quiet about it. Oh oh oh - I am really into British humor and watching men in Speedos.
Hello All - I am an intermittent bumper, but it is always great to check out the board. I am 43 and a working mother of three. DD1 is 12, DD2 is 10 and DS is 18 months. We are having tons of fun having a baby back in the house again. It is a roller coaster, but we love it. BTW: this is my favorite board on this site and the only one I visit. Thanks!
Hello Everyone - I'm a primary teacher so I've been on the bump a lot more since it's summer vacation.
I am 40 and mom of 3 DD's - ages 12, 9 and 22 months - the "Tiny Terrorist" was quite the surprise;-) Dh and I will be celebrating our 20th anniversary this Christmas.
I love visiting this board because as much as I enjoy several of the other boards - I feel like an old lady there sometimes - and I LOVE the 80's references...from people who shared them ... not were just born in them - lol
Great idea, newbee! I am Monica, 43.5 ( 7/4 is my half birthday), Joey is 3.5 and Charlotte is 21 mos. I finally have uploaded pics, and have a new siggy, as the Santa pic was getting old. I post here and the Working Moms board.

As the matriarch of this group <eyeroll>, I am Suzanne and I turn 45 this weekend. And I've been a huge post whorre lately!
Our one and only is Charles, who is just the light of our lives. And such a friggin' character.
SAHM because I'm too addled to work and raise a kid at this point in my life. But it's a blessing to be able to see him all the time and grow into a little human being.
We live in beautiful Colorado Springs and love it here.

Hello everyone. I am Tracey and I am the mom of 2 beautiful daughters, Cassie(17) and Emma (5 months on Monday). I lurk on some other boards, but I tend to only post on the over 35 boards because I definitely have way more in common with the wonderful women on them then the younger girls on the others.
I'm Pearly609 (name and area code), I live in NJ, have 5 children, 4 biological, 1 foster ages 24, 20, 19, 16 and 1 years old. I'm a writer, youth counselor and 90% SAHM. I meditate several times a day, love Indian/Jamaican food and peace.
Hi I'm new to your board (and really I'm a preemie but I tend to get ahead of myself, so). I'm Jennifer, 37, pregnant with our first after 4 years of trying. We are due next month! I couldn't say if we'll have another one ... it will depend on how this one goes. He's already over 5lbs so to say I'm scared poopless would be a giant understatement.
I planned to be a 2-3 year SAHM but I'm just coming off nearly 2 years of unemployment so I'm happy to be back at work and even happier that my new co. is so awesome about mat leave and family stuffs. My DH is 46 and is a first-time dad.
Hello I'm Stephanie and am 36 years old. DS is our one and done. He is 15 mo actual, 13 mo adjusted. He was born 10 weeks early while I was working at a bar/restaurant (barely made it to the hospital!) and we spent 58 days in NICU. He came early due to stress. One eve we came home to our apartment burning down - we lost everything including my cats. I was 24 weeks pg and spent the next 5 weeks sleeping on the floor - then one week in our new place before T was was born.
I do a lot of preemie awareness and support now and hope to become a cuddler at our local NICU soon.
There's lots more than that, though! I love making things and am learning to sew with a machine. I do pretty well, I think I adore historic carousels, roadside Americana, and snowglobes. I take a lot of pictures. I EBW and love it - it's keeping me in shape! I love new wave and glam rock and listen to it like it's going out of style...or, gone out of style? I love make-up and have started collecting lucite rings again. Oh, and my dream of dreams was to go to perfumery school but I'm a SAHM now after being a preschool teacher, doing PR at PETA, and waitressing.
Hi, I am Jessica and I am 35. My daughter Evelyn is 2 months old (was born in April) I have one dear daughter Maggie in Heaven (she died when she was 8) and would be 16 this year, I have a wonderful son Isaiah who is 13. My DH and I have been married for 3 years and Evelyn is his only child. I work with adults with disabilities and my DH is a SAHD :-)
I love reading and drawing and painting and acting. I hope you all have a happy fourth .
I'm Brandy - 39 with a one year old (Stella). She is our one and only. I work full time, married to a cop (who has very recently retired from military service after 25 years). I am primarily on the June 2011 board...but as with the case with many of us here...many of them are significantly younger than me so at times I feel about out of place. I venture here on occasion.

Hello everyone! I am a rare poster but always love checking out the >35 boards. I am a FTM with an 8 month old, trying to find the balance between my career (which I love) and my family (whom I also love). I am barely staying afloat but would not change my life for anything Hoping to be more active now that DD is a little "older" and sleeping through the night which means a less sleep deprived momma.

I am a FTM at 37, one and done for "us". My DH is older than me and has a 20 year old daughter and 13 year old son that live with their Mom about 20 mins away. We do see them often and they love their new baby brother.
My DS was born in January and I often lurk on that board, with the rare post. I seriously just found this board! Not sure why I never noticed it before! But, I am in an amazing FB group for Jan 2012 babes that is wonderful.
DH and I both work from home for separate companies in the same industry. I love working and with our HCOL it actually is not a choice. We are in NJ and the Jersey Shore show is shot at the beach 5 mins from us...I swear people are not all like that!!!!
I am Catherine, 42 year old mother of Michael nearly 26 months, DH is 48, so we are one and done. I work full time as a psychologist and our 18 year old nephew also lives with us.

My name is Melle, I'm 37, and I am "one and done" with 6 month old Margo. I see there is someone else in this thread living in Colorado Springs. We've been here 8 years and just love it.
I'm an RN working in psych and love my career. I have 3 kittehs and am proud to be a crazy cat lady. I love coffee, horror movies, Always Sunny, and chocolate chip cookies.
When I'm not a dirty lurker, I post on my birth month board and whatever month group Margo is in. I just haven't felt "connected" to one particular place in The Bump. I was looking for something new here tonight, and decided to jump in.
I try to post more often but sometimes life gets in the way of my "bumping"!!!
I am 38 and have two DD my oldest is 4 and my little is 14 months. They are seriously the most beautiful things I have ever seen!!!
My DH and I just had a consult with our RE to do a FET so hopefully we will have number three on the way by the end of the year! I work full time as a designer for a local home builder and my DH is an administrator/teacher at a local high school. We are getting ready to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary at the end of the month.
Hi! My name is Lesley, a FTM at 42 to a perfect little boy, Laird- my little thief of hearts. It took me 3yrs and MANY miscarriages until we were blessed with Laird who arrived April 23rd. Hoping to bang out one more ASAP...but worried about losing quality time with them so close together. In the meantime, I am a SAHM and completely hog the baby. lol
I'm a transplant from upstate NY to Vegas- moved 20 yrs ago but NY still feels like home and Vegas is "where I live." We do love to travel- and San Francisco is our fave get away. Hoping to buy a place in SF as a 2nd home. So...an SF mommies, please share your have places to hang out!
I was a total designer shoe and bag "Ho"... Prada, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Chanel...you name it, I wanted it. Now with LO- I'm the flip flop and pony tail queen - and lovin' it! At least, shoes and bags always fit, so they'll be there when I get the urge to get dolled up.
Nice to see all the +35 moms! I'm usually on the 0-3mo board and the April 2012 Mom board, but I pop into this board a couple times a week.
I'm Amy I am cheating because I am 33 (DH is 36 if that helps) With siblings ranging in ages 52 - 37 and the number of 20somethings on other boards who just aren't necessarily in the same place in life as we are this go around, this board has really been helpful. My pic for DS is horribly out of date; he will be 4 in a few weeks, and DD will be making her appearance late sept. early oct.
On the night you were born, the moon smiled with such wonder that the stars peeked in to see you and the night wind whispered,"life will never be the same"alt="Lilypie 1st Birthday Pic" width="29" height="20" border="0" />
I just started lurking on these boards. I am Suzann and I am 35. I have a 12 year old SS (Alex), DD1 is 3 (Lilah), & DD2 is 9.5 months (Violet). I look forward to bumping here!
hi I am Maria just turned 35 on April 23 (same day as *LesleyT LO*
I have a DD who will be 4 in August (where did the time go?) her name is Aliana, and I have a DS Antonio who was born Feb 17. Not sure if we are done having children.
I am usually on 3-6month board and Feb 2012, but I am glad I found this one, some of the comments from 20 somethings make my eyes roll back so far in my head I am unable to see for awhile.
Currently on an extended maternity leave from work but plan to return in Sept. I work as a PA in a very busy ER in Manhattan

Hi- I'm Chris, 35, but 36 is racing towards me at the end of this month. I have 2 DSs, 2 years (27 months) and almost 4 months. We plan to TTC when our youngest hits a year. DH recently said he'd be up for a fourth also, which has me all shades of excited.
I'm looking for a board with minimal drama and hoping to find other moms who share worries of being a 35+ mom, and maybe those who hear a clock ticking loudly in their heads telling them to hurry up and finish having babies?
I'm K. I'm 37 and I live in Canada. We have a 5 mo girl. I'm currently on parental leave and going back to work at the end of October, then H will take the rest of our parental leave.
I only post on the boards occasionally, usually in short bursts. I hated my month board so I just posted on the Tri boards and the PgA35 board and now on the Babies boards. But I definitely like this board (no drama) but it is a bit slow.
I am Mags I am on and off here. I have a 6yo and a 15-month old. I am well-qualified to be in here. I enjoy this group because you are honest and supportive.
I'm Kim, 38, and have twin boys that will be 4 in August. My DH is at the dr right now to see if his vericocele surgery was successful! If not, we have 3 more months before they will check again. If the surgery worked, we'll start trying for #3 ASAP. If it ends up not working at all, then we will be done with kiddos. I did IVF for the twins and I don't want to do it again. It wasn't a hard road, but I don't want extra embryos left (we had 0 left last time though) as we are only wanting 1 more kiddo. Plus, I SAH now and financially it's a little much!
I live in Texas and am really over the summer heat! I like to take the kids to the park or to bike ride and it's too.damn.hot!!
Like a previous poster, my sig pic is way old; almost 2 years. I am too lazy to find another good one!
I'm Carolyn, I'm 36 and expecting my first this fall. I'm a computer science PhD student, and amateur musician. I'm in Ontario, and am intermittently obsessed with figuring out how we're going to handle child care, which languages we're going to speak at home, and if our home renovations will ever be finished

Lori (42) and I pop in and out these days...I'm mostly on my BMB and Working Moms. DS is 18 months already and is quite the character.
