Toddler (almost 3) has started biting

has anyone else had a biter? If so what did you do, if anything, to stop it?

If another child takes a toy off him he will bite. He has a very serious look on his face when he does it too. I have told him so many times now that he cant do it but he doesnt seem to listen. Time out? I dont know......Help

    DS was biting around this age, and  DD  has justed started.  You have to tell them "NO"  an'd then redirect them.  Later on, discuss other ways to let you know that he child is frustrated, like use your words.  The book, "Teeth are not for biting " was auseful tool for us.

    Thanks mwd :) I am trying that approach now, hope it works. And yes Ive just added another ticker unexpectedly lol. Freaking out!
