Is my milk coming back??? :o

This maybe totally dumb, but I'm really not sure what's up and could use some advice...

I stoped pumping about 3 weeks ago as there was just nothing there. Since then there has been no discomfort at all. No leaking, engorgement just nothing.

Then all of a sudden on Saturday my boobs started to leak and are getting harder and more painful.

So is it my milk coming back, or is it that the whole drying up process and the discomfort have just taken that much longer since I didn't have much milk left?

I really didn't want to stop pumping so now I'm almost wondering if I should try it again?

Please let me know if you have experienced anything like this?

    I stopped pumping too because my supply tanked and I never had any discomfort until about 3 weeks later. They never leaked just sore. I thought about trying again but I couldn't do that to myself again. I was very emotional about having to quit and I had made peace with it. Anyway try again if u want. It couldn't hurt. GL
