It appears my boobs have grown again!!!! Seriously WTF?! I'm already two sizes bigger and I can't even imagine what's going to happen when my milk comes in.
I just did a quick measurement with out a bra on and I'm coming up with 31" around under the boobs and 38" around the boobs. Any idea what sizes to check out?
I've been wearing a 34 D and they feel like they're suffocating me and now the girls are popping out!
Re: bra sizing help
30 or 32 DD. Depending on the type, try a triple.
Sources: Previously worked at JC Penny as a bra fit specialist.
Typically, the measurement under the boobs is the number part, and then the biggest point is the letter.
For example:
If you measure 31 Inches under, try a 30 or 32, and then if you measure 38 at the fullest, go one cup size per inch.
I measure 36 and 40.
So, I'm 36 DD. Usually the letter part is changeable due to the shape of your boobs, though, so try a few brands.
A Victoria's Secret salesperson has been trained to help fit bras. Even if you wanted to buy elsewhere this could be a jumping off point.
I went from a barely 34 B to a full 36 C last time. The underwires were digging into me and the cup was tight. A 34 C and a 36 B didn't fit the bill. Around the rib cage I'm only like a 32 though. No way was a 32 anything going to fit me. So, you just have to try things.

I used to work at a bra store and had to do measurements. Under being a 31 you could go to 30 or 32, being preg and wanting comfort I'd go to 32. Ever inch over ur bottom number is a cup size. Sounds like u should try on a 32 DD, a D might fit if the band is loose enough because this adds room and your in between band sizes. Hope it helps!!
remember diff brands will fit a little diff, u still need to try some things on!!!
good luck!
I was just fitted at Nordstrom and they were wonderful there. If you have one near you, you might check that.
I had tried to go to the maternity store, but they said they couldn't help me there with my size...after I got measured at Nordstrom I realized why...I had gone from a D/DD to a G with this pregnancy!
