Flat Temps (not a thermometer issue)

For the last 6 days I've gotten (pretty much) the same temperature (97.18, 97.18, 97.18, 97.20, 97.22, 97.21). I thought it may be the thermometer because I had the target one, but I bought a new one (the mabis one from Walmart) after the third day and have still been getting pretty much the same temperature. Any thoughts as to what could be causing this? Within the last week I've completely weaned my son so do you think (especially the BFing ladies on the board) that could have anything to do with it? Thanks in advance!

    No advice here.  Just wanted to say mine have been doing the same thing for the past 3-4 days.  Nothing you can really do but ride it out I think?  I mean if you already switched therms and it didn't change, so maybe your body is just not fluctuating right now... ?

    Do you sleep with your mouth open? I've read that can affect your temperature if you take it orally.

    You might try temping vaginally and see if you still get flat temps.

    I'm not sure actually, maybe I should ask my husband! I seemed to be getting normal temps before but I've been visiting my in law's so maybe the change in temperature is affecting how I sleep. Thanks for the advice!

    Mine have been flat too and I doublechecked with a second thermometer too. I checked later in the morning and my temps are up when I'm up and moving, so I am just assuming my temps have actually been stable for the past few mornings. Though I'm in the process of weaning (or I guess I should say Imjust weaned yesterday, but I don't think my body knows that yet).

    We just weaned too... Yesterday was the first day I was able to get through the day without any pumping. I'm hoping my cycle gets back to normal... I thought I had had my first ovulatory cycle but then I had a temp drop and now 6 days of the same thing. Grr. Good luck to you!

    Thanks. I'm ovulating but have a crappy LP, so decided to wean to hopefully lengthen it. So far DS is handling it fine which was my biggest concern.
