  do i just drink a cup everyday until i ovulate?  or do you drink as much as you can?

  from what I heard you drink it up until ovulation and then stop because I think it can interfere with implantation. not sure on how much. I drink 2 cups a day.

  I have one or two glasses a day. I don't buy into the interfere with implantation.
