Pediatricians?

Anyone in the StL have a good pediatrician reccomendation? I have started to look for one and found Dr Melissa Hollie who seems to be highly reccomended... anyone heard of her? Help!! This is an overwhelming task....

    Our pediatrician is actually in ballwin I think but her name is Patrice Mathews. She is out of Mercy off Ballas and I64. She had great recommendations and the 4 other doctors in the office are all very nice and qualified.

    It can feel overwhelming but keep in mind it isnt a final decision. You can always switch doctors and quite easily if you realize the one you picked isnt working out for your family. The pediatricians will meet with you for a consult if you would like to get a feel for their personalities, how they handle medications, vaccines, etc. Interview as many as you have time for or the inclination to meet.

    Not sure where you are located, but I live in South County and we really like our pediatrician. She is Dr. Remus and she is part of Esse Health off Tesson Ferry. There are two other doctors in that office (Dr. Dougherty Sr. and Dr. Dougherty Jr.)

    And ditto to the above poster- you can always switch if you get a pediatrician that you don't like. We just went off a recommendation from family, but we LOVE her!

    I'd highly recommend any of the doctors at Bluefish Pediatrics on Manchester Road right across from West County Mall.

    We see Dr. Arter and really like her! They have also been great about getting DS in when he's sick and they have Saturday morning hours.

    Agreed.  We really liked Blue Fish as well.  Our little guy is one of Dr. Eaton's patients.  My OB takes her kids there too, so we started and ended our search there.  Go in for a meet and greet!  If nothing else, they give you chocolate - lol!

    I use Dr. Linda Tackes with SSM Pediatrics in South County.  I absolutely love her and would recommend her to anybody.  I actually wish she could be my doctor too!  :)

    We use Dr. Wilson at SSM Pediatrics and absolutely love him! Everyone in the practice is great.

    I work at Mercy Clinic Pediatrics in Sunset Hills we have 4 doctors in this practice, they are all wonderful. If you would like more info let me know!
