Well I am 37 weeks 5 days pregnant. Last night I started having tightenings of my stomach about every 6 mins. I went to the hospital today and I was having contractions and I wasnt even feeling them! I was not dilating so they sent me home. I went to sleep and got up and now I am feeling them every 2 mins and they still dont hurt that bad. I feel like I have to pee really bad every time I get one and sometimes I get a sharp pain down my pelvic bone. I dont know whether to go to the doctor again or whether its false labor?

When you cant walk or breathe through the contractions then you know its the real deal. I've been having some braxton hicks that will stop me in my tracks. Hopefully you wont have to much longer to go!

with my first I started having mild contractions and went to the hospital where they kept me for about three hours but sent me home cause I wasn't progressing quick enough. About three hours after being home my contractions got so bad that I was on the verge of tears, so my husband took me back up there and I had my baby girl five hours later! So with this baby I'm planning on waiting till I'm in major pain before going to the hospital.
