Lil' Packfan is a June baby!

Audrey Emilia was born Sunday, June 24 at 4:15am.  She was 6 pounds, 14 ounces and 20.5 inches long.  She's precious!!!!  We are so in love.

I always thought my due date was June 25 (did not trust the ultrasound tech AT ALL who determined July 3!) so to me, she wasn't early.  I was 1 cm, 50% effaced on Thursday.  Water broke at my parents' Saturday afternoon, 13 hours of labor, no epidural, 1/2 dose of Nubain which just made me completely loopy and I couldn't hold my head up, 4 pushes and she was out!

Those of you planning natural, stick to your guns!  YOU CAN DO IT!  I luckily had a nurse that didn't push the epidural at all but holy hell, labor was INTENSE!  I mean, wow...there are no words.  I was able to get very focused for a while but as it went on, I ended up swearing and yelling - didn't think I would be one of those women!  However, I was the only one on the L&D floor so at least I kept the staff entertained.

I'm very sleep deprived so I will make another post with details later.  So far I believe recovery has been worse than the entire pregnancy, labor and delivery.  I'm just very, very sore (and tired.  Did I mention tired?)   It's so surreal that I have a daughter!  She's sleeping right now so I guess I should be too!  I hope to catch up on posts soon.  Here are a couple pictures:
