Flying & M/S

I have a flight tomorrow, only just over an hour, so not really worried about much. Just wondering for anyone who's had more severe m/s and flew, did you see an increase in nausea and/or vomiting during the flight? I haven't had to take a zofran in about a week and half, and I am finally not constipated, so I'd rather not taking one. But wondering if the flight will increase any of my m/s symptoms.

I had severe m/s and nausea and flew at 15 weeks. I had a really difficult flight there and back. I felt extremely light headed and slightly nauseous during and then for a few minutes after the flight. I also was on a flight that was about an hour long. One thing I know that I should have done differently is drink more water. I didn't drink as much as I should have because I didn't want to get up and go to the bathroom. I think that was my mistake and will try it differently when I fly on Thursday to visit the IL.
