Girl Names That Start With 'G'

Hi ladies!

Just wondering if anyone has ANY other ideas for girl names that start with a 'G' besides:

Giuliana-- my personal favorite...still trying to convince the husband, he thinks people will always miss spell it or miss pronounce it..:(...but it's my #1 name, and was even before I was pregnant.

Gianna/ Giana

Gia

Gabriella/ Gabby/ Gabbie

Giovanna

Gretchen

I know it's pretty tough, but if you have any suggestions, they are MUCH appreciated!! We are stuck! Our last name is VERY Italian, so we are trying to pick an Italian first name for her, and we both love "G" as a nickname, that's why we are trying to stick with G's.

    Gretta? Giuliana is beautiful! I don't think people will mispronounce it especially because of the tv show "Giuliana and Bill".
    TTC #1 since 4/2011. Cycle 1 = BFN. Cycle 2 = BFN. Cycle 3 = BFP 6/28. CP 7/2. Cycle 4 = TTA. Cycle 5 = BFN. Started progesterone. Cycle 6 = Disaster. Cycle 7 = Progesterone. BFN Cycle 8 = BFN. Cycle 9 = BFN. Cycle 10 = BFP 1/1/12. C/P 1/8/12. Cycle 11 = BFP 2/3. Stick! Due 10/15/12. Baby girl arrived via c-section on 10/10/12 after 20 hours of labor. Welcome my love!

    Off hand otherwise: Gretchen, Gianna, Gemma, Georgia, Giselle...

    LOVE Gianna, this is our girl name (or one of the top contenders) and we LOVE Guiliana toooo!! So pretty.  My advice, stick with one of these, they are both italian and so so sweet.

    I searched babynames.com for G names that are Italian and got this list:

    I don't have a G name for you but want to say our last name is very Italian also (11 letters, 6 vowels) and we had a very hard time coming up with a name that would sound good with our last name and not sound too Italian. We choose Arianna.

    Lots of good suggestions. I love the name Gretta and would have used it but dd1 is named Hannah. Hannah and Gretta is too much of Hansel and Gretel. Ooh how about Gretel! Lol

    Giuliana was on my list, but DH vetoed that. He wanted Marlee but im not thinking about the silly dog everytime I call my daughter or say her name to someone. Gia is another one I like. DH's cousins name is Gia and I love it!

    Giuluana !!!!!

    I may actually name my baby girl Giuliana :) but trying to convince hubby as well hehe. My hubbi is liking Annette. Everyone in the family is pronouncing Giuliana it in spanish so instead of the G sound you have an H sound but spelled Juliana. I personally like the G sound with a G!

    I also like Gabriella. I have an older sister is named Gabriela (we spell it with one L) an she also named my niece Gabriela as well. Then you can always call her Gaby :)

    I adore the name Gillian, and I was going to use it if my baby was a girl. Alas, I'm having a boy, so it's back to the drawing board on names!

    Guiliana is very pretty and popular. I know three ladies who have named their child Guiliana w/in the past few years.

    Thank you so much ladies! I'm still SO in love with the name Giuliana, I really hope we can stick with it! It's just what I always pictured calling our little lady :)
