It's not in Germantown, but the Goddard School in Gaithersburg is awesome. Ds goes to a home daycare since that works better for us, but that was our top choice for a center after touring many. It's really top notch.
I'm in Germantown and our 5 month old goes to La Petite. It's off of Father Hurley but there are many locations. It's on the pricey side but we like the staff. I had a hard time leaving her and they are fine with parents calling just to check on their kids.
