A big pet peeve of mine is how people drive. A lot of the time I think how I'd like to make people re-take drivers ed.
Driving is a pet peeve of mine. We live in the middle of no where, with the closest "city" approximately 35 minutes north of us. It is a two lane road 90% of the way, with a speed limit of 60 mph. I can not stand to get behind someone going like 35 or 40 mph, without a care in the world.
Or on the flip side, you get some jerk riding your butt, when you are going 65-70.
Or the people who just cut you off and don't pay attention.
I am also annoyed by people eating loudly or eating noises. I really think the only way to fix this one would be to change the way our entire digestive system works or to all get food intravenously. Unfortunately, even if we taught everyone how to eat people would do it wrong anyway. We teach people how to do simple math or how to speak in proper English, but people mess it up despite the lessons. I don't think this would be any different.
I guess someone would have to teach these people how not to sound like a cow when they eat.
I hate this. I have an especially sensitive stomach when I first wake up, and MIL is the loudest eater. I almost can't stand to eat breakfast with her; it's nauseating.
Ah! So is my MIL! I love her, but ahhhh....I cringe.
Thankfully, it's gotten better since one of our younger cousins started singing a very rude song about how she eats like a cow. I was embarrassed for her and would have freaked if it was my own child, but it has seemed to make her think about her mouth when she eats.
It drives me crazy when I am in a store I will stand close to a shelf while I pick out my product and I have many times had people say excuse me to either pass in front of me instead of behind me or say excuse me and start looking at stuff on the shelf too. drives me batty.
Drivers on my 5 minute commute to work. It is mostly a two lane one way road and people get confused. I almost get hit every single morning. It also drives me batty when people don't stop behind the crosswalks. Our downtown is very busy with pedestrians and idiot drivers don't pay any attention to them.

Showing up at my house unannounced is a quick way to get yourself on my sh!t list. I don't know what the cure is because I am pretty sure this is Manners 101 in most people's repertoire.

As Ron White says "You can't fix stupid."

People that eat loudly. I just can't take it.
I guess someone would have to teach these people how not to sound like a cow when they eat.
This is my siggy. Love it.

Gum snapping.
Easy fix: no more gum! It's pointless and irritating even when used correctly anyway.
