Tight spot?

This morning after being a wake a while I noticed about a 4inch circle spot right above my belly button was hard and sore. After an hour or so it went away, any clue what it was? Just curious.

In my first tri. I felt some pain in my sidesi just assumed was stretching- is that what this was? Anyone else feeling it?
