XP: Back To Work??

How is it?  How soon did you go back after DC was born?

 I'm in Canada so I get 1 year of mat leave but DH and I are thinking of moving back to my hometown and I will likely find a job faster than him due to the fact that I'm bilingual and he isn't.

I'm just wondering about going back when the boys are 3 or 4 mos rather than 1 year.  How was it for you?  HONESTLY :)

    I went back at 3 mos.  I love my job and the days go by quickly.  DH and mom watch DD while I am at work so its a little easier, but I still have mama guilt!  I am BF so I pump 3 times at work, and more worried about running out of milk than anything else.

    With my 1st DD I went back when she was 10 weeks old. I could have taken an additional 2 weeks (unpaid) but I didn't want to miss another paycheck and I honestly felt ready to go back. I think it's great that Canadian's have the option for the long maternity leave, but personally I wouldn't want to SAH that long, I'm already looking forward to going back this time. It totally depends on the person though.
