We have a baby!

We got a phone call Wednesday, about five minutes after we installed the car seat.  We ran around, getting everything cleaned up when I realized I couldn't find my purse.  Long story short- it was stolen.  So I canceled all my cards and went to the hospital. 

We met our little guy and fed him while the nurse went through baby boot camp with us.  He's three weeks old, but was born at about 34.5 weeks, so he's definitely a preemie.  He's eating like a champ and sleeping fairly well.  Chances for TPR are very good.  We're still trying to decide what fruit name he's going to have for his online persona.  Kiwi? Mango? He's beautiful and his little bottom lip makes me cry it's so cute. Katie is killin' it so far. The two of them together just make me swoon!

    ET #1: 1 blast = BFP; Blighted ovum discovered at 7w5d; D&E

    Karyotyping: normal ~ RPL Testing: normal ~ Hysteroscopy: normal
    FET #2: 1 blast transferred 10/25; BFP 10/31!
    EDD 7/13/14 ~ Induced at 37w4d due to pre-eclampsia ~ Born on 6/28/14

    We had three BFN in the Fall of 2011. It is back on to some baby making come June. Swim little fellas, SWIM!!!!

    Ssoo incredibly excited for you!

    Was he NICU/special care nursery for those 3 weeks, or just held at the hospital for reasoning of figuring out the case, or did he go home for a short time?  (If you can say.)

    Congratulations!  Of course we can't wait to hear more of what you are able to share.  I hope the little guy is settling in well and you guys are enjoying loving on a new little one.

    Am I right in thinking you got your first call the afternoon you got licensed? 

    Same sex couple TTC with donor sperm.  I am 35 and carrying.  Endometriosis and DOR.
    AMH 0.5, AFC 5-8, FSH 7ish

    IVF #1 - antagonist.  Empty follicle syndrome.  1 retrieved, 0 fertilized.
    IVF #2 - antagonist.  Ovulated early.  3 retrieved, 2 fertilized, 0 blasts
