Me too. I just kept thinking about all the birth stories while I was laboring and it comforted me to know what I was feeling was normal and exactly how they described it. I think it gave me the strength to go on and have a totally med free birth.
This one. So much info and helped prepare me to ask for cervadil instead of pitocin when I first got to the hospital (my water had broken 12 hours earlier without any contractions).
I also loved Birthing from Within. Lots of awesome pain management techniques.
I didn't have a completely natural birth, but I came close. Mine was Easing Labor Pain. It gives a fair look at medical pain relief but concentrates on the natural ways. I actually need to get this back from my SIL now.
It depends what you need. Ina May's book is full of encouraging stories of women who had natural births. I prefer lots of information on what to expect and how to handle different things. I loved the Bradley Method's book. It's a very detailed and informative guide and one that prepared me ( in my opinion) and my husband for childbirth. Hope this helps and good luck!

Yep, an amazing book and I haven't even read all the birth stories yet
Yep
Not gonna lie - i read a ton, and nothing prepared me LOL.
Ina May's book was good, but i found it a bit too earthy for my taste.
