Either naps and or bedtime? I am and it is when DD eats best and I won't lie it totally helps her go to sleep but she does know how to go to sleep without (does so for DH and at daycare) but I still have lingering doubt that maybe I shouldn't.
I still do for both, but it rarely gets him to sleep anymore. More often he perks up for a little while afterwards, then goes to sleep in half an hour or so. He hardly ever lets me rock him to sleep anymore in general though.
I still do. She nurses and it helps her wind down. Even if I try to lay her down asleep, she wakes up so I am not concerned about her being unable to fall asleep on her own. DH puts her to sleep 3 days a week as well.
I have no issue with extended bfing, so not worried about her wanting it for comfort later on.

"What did my fingers do before they held you? What did my heart do with it's love?"
I still nurse her before naps and sleep. She usually goes down drowsy but awake.
I worry about what I'm going to do when she starts to wean. I'm okay with extended bfing , especially if it's just before naps/bed, but eventually I'll have to address it.

We nurse before bed and he usually falls asleep nursing. Not so much before naps. I have no idea how I going to get him to go to sleep at night once I wean.

When he's home with me I do nurse him before naps and bed but it's because that's when he'll focus the most and eat the best. It puts him to sleep for naps but not always at bedtime. I try my best to put him down for the night awake.
At DC and grandma's, he gets his bottles after naps. Actually, I usually nurse a little after naps too if he fell asleep before finishing.

I usually do for naps and bedtime. Others are able to get her to nap too so I am not super worrier. I can't get her to go down drowsy. If she isn't asleep and I lay her down in her crib, she shoots up and immediately starts pulling up on the crib. She loves "up."

This is us too. He use to always fall asleep nursing but now he just wants to play so it actually wakes him up some.
I still nurse him before naps and bed though. I'll nurse him til he's done then lay him down and rub his back til he falls asleep.

Thanks -- I do hope once we wean (whenever that is) that the rest of the bedtime routine will serve as the wind down. I also like the nursing as it is quiet and usually pleasant (except when DD is a fuss bucket).
I feed my LO before bedtime and after naps... it doesn't put him to sleep though... we have a before sleep routine and song, works well for him we just lay him down and he rolls over and falls asleep.

I still nurse DD to sleep at bedtime (at least most nights). Some nights she will not fall asleep and then DH will try to get her down.
She does not nurse before naps or at daycare.
I had asked her pedi about it at one point, but he did not seem to think it was an issue. I am okay with it for now.
Before bed..we still do eat, play, sleep during the day.
