Hi there! I'm new here and I just wanted to introduce myself. I am really glad I found you ladies and am looking forward to sharing and receiving advice. Me and my husband are currently trying for our 4th baby. We have 2 sons and a daughter. With the first 3 I got pregnant within the first month or two. We have been trying for this one going on our 5th month. Im sure some of you can imagine the heartbreak we are going through with the struggles of not getting pregnant! That's why I thought joining a support board would help put me at ease! Hope you all are having a happy Monday!
Re: New. Intro trying for #4
Wishing you the best of luck.

I just can't. I typed out a response but it was even more snarkier than I normally am.

It can take a normal healthy couple up to a year to conceive....even after being lucky and getting pregnant quickly the first few times.

Welcome to the board! Hoping your stay with us is short & sweet. If you haven't already read the newbie link that would be a good place to start. *Side note - most of the ladies here have been trying for over 1 year or getting close to it. It takes a healthy couple 1 year to get pregnant 35 and under, 6 months 35 and over. Also, the majority of us are trying for our first with some of us have never been pregnant.
I honestly wish you the best of luck.

ETA: Please, please ignore PP who mentioned seeing a doctor if you *think* something may be wrong. Five months is not a long time. I'm on my fifth month TTC my first, and I know it could take a year or more. Patience is a big plus when you are TTC.
After only 5 months? Not only will most doctors turn her away, no insurance will cover any testing/treatments after ONLY 5 months (unless she has an already documented history of IF).

hahahha yes! I'm going to get us candy too
I'm on month 11 trying for our fourth. The first three were all conceived on the first try. Never in a million, trillion years would I come on here and make a comment about the heartbreak and struggles of not getting pregnant. You must live in a f^cking bubble if you believe you are struggling to conceive when you have three healthy children at home and have only been trying for a fourth for five months.
I'll go in half with you if it's sour patch kids
Obviously! I will also get us Swedish fish we need to even out the sour
