How do you shrink that post baby loose skin?

Okay ladies - when I said loose skin, I meant flabby belly - NOT from the baby.  The muffin top.

 

give me your secret workouts, and also please include daily food intake.  Do you include something?  Exclude something?

  • You need to eat clean and do cardio to lose the tummy flab. And drink lots of water. That's what did it for me. I avoided sweets, white breads, etc. and ate lots of fruits and veggies and lean protein. The 30DS was a great cardio workout for me, too.

    The belly is the first place I gain and lose weight. For me, I need low carb/lo cal diet and minimum 40 min cardio daily.

    Example of a days intake:

    100 calorie pack of almonds for breakfast

    Salad w/ dressing and protein (my grocery store sells prepared salads under 300 calories)

    controlled portion dinner of my choice (I'm not too particular-2 slices pizza/fist size of protein and 1/4 c vegis)

    Light beer or protein bar for a snack.

  • Mix up cardio and weight training. The more muscle your body has, the more calories it burns at rest. Also, google core workouts and start doing some of them- that will help shrink a belly in no time!
