Does anyone know or recommend any prenatal yoga centers in the area? I heard that there is one in Narberth. Is that correct? Good/bad experiences there?

How about prenatal aqua aerobics? Can anyone recommend a place to take classes?

There is prenatal yoga in Ardmore at Nurture

I think the class is Wednesdays at 10:30am

I loved the prenatal class at the Yoga Garden in Narberth, I went for two pregnancies and it was great!
