My sister has a friend who is having a C-section on August 3rd. They are team green and are trying to think of a creative way to announce to everyone in the waiting room whether it is a boy or girl after delivery...
Any ideas?

I think it will be exciting enough without a gimmick.
This. But, if they really want to do something, I would keep it simple. Maybe bring a blue and a pink shirt and have whoever goes out into the waiting room to announce wear whatever color corresponds with the gender.
Agree with others-why does it need to be creative?
Not sure...I don't know the girl, but my sister called and asked me for ideas so I thought if someone had something creative they had done before it wouldn't hurt to ask. I suggested either wearing a blue or pink shirt or having cupcakes at the hospital and you could throw blue or pink sprinkles on them really quick and then take them to the delivery room for everyone. I like the it's a...balloons or gum cigar idea too...
