I think I might be making another trip to L&D
I've had a headache since about 2 that hasn't gone away (even though I've taken Tylenol) and my swelling has gotten worse as the night progresses. I think I'm going to go in just to be safe since I'm borderline with pre-e.

It's better to be safe and go in with the borderline pre-e. I know a headache and vision changes are signs. Hope all is well.

Did you try taking Tylenol? My dr. told me that if my headaches didn't go away it is a sign of pre-e, but if it goes away then it is just a headache.
But it is best to be safe, good luck!
