I keep fiddling with the temperature control on the ac - LO seems to either be too hot or too cold. I never quite get it right. Tonight it's set at 70. If you're using ac, what temp do you keep it at overnight?
During the day, we keep it at 78, at night it is set to 73. LO sleeps in a nightgown and her fleece sleep sack and seems to stay warm. We keep the heat at 64 overnight in the winter. However, today is was in the mid-80s and I didn't turn the air on because there was a good breeze and I knew it would drop in the evening.
Hallelujah, it's a miracle, I have children AND a signature!
We keep it set on 77 but the actual temperature is usually about 75. That's hotter than I'd prefer it, but we live in Texas and our electric bill would be through the roof if we kept it any lower upstairs (heat rises, and all that).
73 overnight, 75 when we're home during the day, and 78 when we're at work. We also run a fan at night outside LO's room. She sleeps in a short sleeve onesie and cotton sleepsack.
about 75 with fans on at night. DD wears a onesie all the time and gets swaddled at night. although i'd love it lower... at night, i get sinus infections very easy and DDs feet stay cool but she hates socks. i live in arkansas by the river so its super humid outside and has been in the 90s lately with the occasional 85 but we should be expecting 100s next month
