Only NOW it's sinking in....

You would think the fatigue, the growing belly, the wonderful movements inside, and all the preparations would make me realize that "OMG, I'm having a baby!"

But it's not til now, reading all the posts of how some of you have your babies on the outside, and some are going to the hospital that I realize "OMG, these ladies have similar (and sometimes weeks after me) due dates....  It's going to be my turn soon...  I'm going to have a baby!"

I'm sooo super excited to meet my little one (hopefully soon, but not for a few more weeks) and the wonderful life we're going to have together!

    I recently came to the realization that although I'm 37 weeks, there is no guarantee that baby is actually coming on or around her due date. In reality, I could go into labor any second. That thought really freaks me out. Now I'm having to work on DH. Yesterday we got into it, because he didn't understand why we were waking up early on his day off to get to the fire department for our appointment for our car seat installation. He's all like, "We have three weeks!" And I'm all, "Honey, you're a dumbass and when my water breaks in the car on the way home, you're going to feel like one." Luckily it didn't, and even though I don't want LO to come early, I would have gotten great satisfaction in rubbing it in his face.

    I am right where you are, even though I'm just 34 weeks. Next weekend (35 weeks) we are going camping for a family reunion and I have my shower and the next weekend is 36 weeks. I told my DH that this weekend could possibly be the last one we have together without LO or any kind of crazy stuff going on with family. Of course, DH was like, "But we aren't due until August 1?" Apparently, men have no concept of babies coming early, or that EDD= ESTIMATED due date.

    He will be in for a surprise if baby comes early! But yes, inside, I am freaking out with excitement and anxiousness!

    I feel the same way.  I've been preparing, had my shower, trying to get organized, etc., and it still doesn't seem real.  I have 35 days left!

    i was just getting dressed watching my belly shift. I know in my mind theres a human in there, i hear her heart beat, see plenty of U/Ss but it just dosent seem real. I dont feel like Im someones mother. I know itll come but its shocking. lol.

    I would get packed and ready! I went on hospital bedrest at 36wks and had my baby right at 37 wks via c-section. None of this was planned and it was stressful being stuck in the hospital without much done in the nursery or my bag packed!
    IUI #1 9/13 with 50 clomid and trigger - bfn.
    Round 2, CD1 9/27 100 clomid days 3-7 - bfp!
    10/23 BFP! Beat #1 34, Beta #2 154
