S/o swing and bouncer

Are my babies the only ones who these aren't magical for? They will be content in them for about 5 minutes before fussing. They fall asleep in the car and stroller...what gives? Is it too early? They will be 8 weeks this weekend.

It's impossible to get them to nap these days so I will try anything.

Re: S/o swing and bouncer

  • My girls didn't like the swing until 2.5 months.  Then they became obsessed.

We used the bouncy seats for everything so they did like being in those.  I also had 2 that we kept at my Mom's house.

  • Mine were the same UNTIL I bought the Fisher Price Snugabunny swing. They take turns in it now and it is magic. We have a bouncy seat, a vibrating seat, and a super cute swing with owls on it but the Snugabunny swing is the only one they like because of the mirror mobile and the side to side action. It is huge and expensive but it is TOTALLY worth it!

  • Mine had no use for the swings until they were about four months old, when they would take their naps in them.  The car and stroller were the only way I could get mine to nap when they were tiny.  You're not alone!
