What is your supply like? I think good. he seems satisfied and he is gaining weight.
Have you had any BFing problems? I was engorged early on but it went away in 24 hours. My nipples were very sore and had scabs but they are healing. My right nipple still hurts at the latch but I had the same problem last time so I know it will eventually go away.

LO eats every 2 hours during the day. And at night anywhere between every 2-4 or 5 hours. Just depends on how he sleeps.
Supply is good so far, When I pump I can get about 4 oz combined if he takes a bottle instead.
At first I had latch issues. Very cracked and bleeding nipples. Now it is all good!
Every 2-4 hours during the day, and every 2 at night. Usually theres a cluster feed between 8-10pm where she just won't let me go but that seems to depend on her mood.
My supply seems good. She can't cry or latch to one side without making me leak like crazy. Who am I kidding, I put on nipple cream and I leak like crazy -_-
We had some latch issues at first since she was such a big baby and born slightly jaundiced so she was very sleepy and wouldn't latch on properly. That seems to have fixed itself and slowly my nipples are healing too, the scabs are slowly healing. Also she wasn't gaining enough weight according to the pedi (only gaining 23g/day instead of 30g) but today they weighed her again and she put on about 60g per day since the last visit so I think we're on track!
DD nurses every 1-3 hours during the day. At night she usually sleeps one 5-hour stretch and one 3-hour stretch.
My supply is good. A bit too good. I've had some issues with oversupply and forceful letdown. But I had low supply with DD1 and that was harder to deal with.
We had a heck of a time with BFing. DD is a preemie and it took about 8 weeks for us to establish a solid BFing relationship. I am SO relieved to only be pumping 1x per day now!
How often does your LO nurse during the day and at night? During the day, I have no idea. It varies. At night I only nurse once when she wakes up.

Have you had any BFing problems? Only at first she wouldn't latch on to my right side. Now she does.
Day- 2-3 hours. I try going 3 but DS usually wakes up at 2 on the dot. At night, he does the same. 2 hours on the dot. We went two nights with a 4 hour stretch but that didn't last!
I have an over supply so we do block nursing.
DS had a tongue tie and I have flat nipples which made the first few days really hard. I ended up having to express milk into a spoon and spoon fed him until we got his tie clipped and I got a nipple shield that fit. Now we are great! Next I'lll have to figure out how to wean..

During the day we seem to nurse ALL THE TIME haha.. but in reality it is probably every 2-3 hours. However, our nursing sessions last like an hour or so. At night it just depends on his sleep schedule, sometimes its every 2 hours, sometimes he will sleep 4 or 5 hours (last night was 5 hours).
I think that my supply is good..he is gaining weight well, I still get engorged a little, and I leak ALL THE TIME.
We had latch issues in the beginning which resulted in cracked/sore/bloody nipples but now we are pretty good. My right side is still healing (I have one stubborn cut/crack that refuses to heal!)
This post is very reassuring. I forget how little sleep we get in the beginning. Glad that I am not alone.
He nurses frequently during the day. I would say maybe every 2-3 hours and then cluster feeds in the morning and evening.
He sleeps for a 4 hour stretch the first part of the night. Then a 3 hour stretch and then a 2 hr stretch. I wish it was two 4 hour stretches ;-) That would be nice. One night he even slept 5 hrs. Hopefully soon!
Oh I always have my share of Bfing issues. This is the first babe that I have been able to nurse (I was a EPer before), so all in all, I have no complaints. My left boob still gives me problems sometimes. It clogs on occasion and it is sometimes hard to get a really good latch. I still have deep cracks on it that are healing but nothing like I have had in the past so it is a piece of cake in comparison and I am proud of how far we have come.

What is your supply like? Good.
Have you had any BFing problems? DD couldn't latch (flat nipples) so we have to use a shield, with great success. I also like it because it protects my nipples. You're supposed to pump a little after each feeding, which I did for the first two weeks or so. Then I moved for longer sessions a couple times a day.

Day is every 1-3 hours. Night..about 5 hours I think.
I have an awesome supply with very fattening milk. His Pedi joked that I make heavy cream as he is gaining over 2 oz a day!
No cracked nipples or any soreness. This is #2 though, so I knew what type of latch to get.
I have not started pumping yet. No need right now and when I start I will overproduce...and likely gag my kiddo due to a fast let down!

During the day DS nurses every 2 hours, some times less. Today it has been averaging out to be every 1.5 hours. At night it varies a lot. DS has gone as long as 4.5 hours to as little as every 2 hours during the night it changes from night to night and feeding to feeding. I do not wake him at night, I let him wake me.
What is your supply like?
I think my supply is pretty good. I am no longer feeling engorged or have a full feeling. My breasts are pretty soft but feel heavy. DS has been having plenty of wet and dirty diapers and gained 11 oz between his 2 day discharge appointment and his 2 week appointment last week. So I am sure it is good.
Have you had any BFing problems?
I use a nursing shield with DS about 65% of the time. He is slightly tongue tied and at times can have a painful latch. So I use the shield when this happens. He also is very sleepy and can get lazy with his latch (he latches on fine for about 10 minutes or so and then gets tired and had troubles).
I also am dealing with and extremely painful letdown reflux.

How often does your LO nurse during the day and at night? About 10 times. She's a quick nurser, maybe 10-15 minutes per session.
What is your supply like? It's OK, not great. I'll find out tomorrow when she's weighed for her one month checkup. Seems like she gets a ton in the morning and overnight, but my supply conks out towards the final feeds of the evening.
Have you had any BFing problems? Oh, lots. For one thing, she cluster fed almost continuously from midnight to 6 a.m. the first week we were home. I almost gave up a few times (DD1 was not EBF by a long shot). But I think things are getting better.
Every 2-3 hours day and night, closer to every 2 but sometimes he sleeps a full three at night. I try and wake him after 2 during the day. I am so tired!
Supply seems to be fine, I've pumped a few times due to engorgement and I seem to fill the container very quickly. Might try pumping some more in the next few weeks to give myself a break from the all night feedings.
The beginning was rough, he wouldn't latch on until the second night, but he figured it out after that. Also some cracked, bleeding nipples the first week, but we fixed that with positioning and latch. Other than that it has been going smoothly!

I think my supply is good. It was good at my last weighed feeding when LO was 2 weeks old. I can pump about 1oz between feedings. One night when I was engorged and didn't think LO would wake up soon I pumped and got about 2.5oz within 5 mins or so. LO then woke up so I stopped but I think I would have definitely pumped more if he hadn't woke up.
I haven't had any problems out of the ordinary like sore, scabby nipples in the very beginning. It took a couple weeks to get my supply where it needed to be with pumping and mothers milk tea in the very beginning as well.
We are nursing a little less often - probably because he is a little older (2 months today!). During the day - anywhere from every 1.5 hours to every 4 hours but usually every 3 hours (almost on the dot). At night, he usually gives us 4 hour stretches, sometimes closer to 5. I woke him for his feedings for his first 2 weeks and then we were able to go to feeding on demand. He actually got back to his birth weight at 6 days old, but the LC recommended still waking him for another week to make sure he would continue to gain at a good rate because of being a preemie.
Supply is awesome. I pump for one feeding a day that my husband does and usually get close to 5 oz. When we were having more BF issues, I pumped more and I think I created a bit of an oversupply. I have to keep a bottle nearby when I start a feeding, because I often leak to the point of spraying LO in the face.
Ah, the glamorous part of motherhood!
We had lots of BF issues in the beginning. LO was a preemie and didn't know how to suck, let alone latch. We did finger feedings with a syringe for a few days (and I pumped after each feeding) until he learned how to suck - thankfully, pretty quickly. We supplemented with formula a little during that time (until my milk came in) because he was losing weight and was jaundiced - and when the LC told me we needed to use formula, I knew we needed to use formula! I had mastitis when LO was between 2 and 3 weeks old, which was lots of fun. I also have flat nipples, so we had to use a nipple shield. We actually have been off the shield for a week and a half now - I'm so proud of how far we have come!
