Cant sleep at night waiting for the materni 21 test results.  1st trimester screen showed age 41 odds 1:34 after blood and nt scan 1:120.  Sure hope this baby is ok.  Its our 1st and its been a long struggle through IVF.

    Sounds like the odds inproved after the NT scan, I'm sure those other tests will come back favorable as well!

    I hear you on struggling and being on edge about chromosomal issues. I disliked waiting for my maternit21 results too! I am keeping my fingers crossed that they turn out fine for you and your lo.

    IVF #1 ET 1 d3 embryo 10/30/11 BFP
    3 Embryos frozen (1 d5, 2 d6)

    DS born 07/29/12

    FET #1 ET 1 d5 embryo 02/10/15 BFN

    FET #2 1 d6 embryo didn't survive thaw, transferred last d6. CP :(

    I'm 41 too and my odds went to 1/100 after the NT scan.  I got my blood drawn last Tuesday and I'm still waiting for results.  I'm really hoping to hear something by the end of this week.  I hope the wait goes by quickly for you and that we both get good results.

    My genetic counselor gave me the impression that it would turn out ok but when you see people whos odds came out at 1:10,000 you dont feel so confident.  Wishing you good results :)
